Existential psychotherapy
For deeply reflective individuals and couples who feel drawn to questions of purpose, identity, and meaning.
Ariane Foucher
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
As an existential therapist, I believe that healing begins where we dare to meet ourselves honestly in our contradictions, fears, and longing. I see clients in-person in Toronto, and virtually across Ontario. My therapeutic approach honours the complexity and depth of each person, offering space for those who have often felt unseen or misunderstood. Many of my clients identify as neurodivergent, gifted, intense, or deeply creative, and are learning to untangle the effects of complex trauma.
For couples who see clearly, yet feel apart
Many couples who come here have already done deep personal work. Together, we expand on that, exploring how each partner's relational wounds can be met and healed within the relationship itself. Through this process, patterns untangle, connection deepens, and understanding grows.
For individuals seeking depth and meaning
I work with deeply reflective individuals who feel drawn to questions of purpose, identity, and meaning. Together, we explore the patterns, choices, and beliefs that shape their lives. This process often leads to a clearer sense of purpose and authenticity, and deeper connection with others.
